Organized by Universitas Indonesia Women in Business, the Mini Case Competition is one of the flagship events of Weekend Career Expo 2025. This program is designed to sharpen participants' critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, presentation, and business communication skills through real-life business simulations. Participants will work in teams to analyze and solve real-world business problems provided by our case collaborator. They will be challenged to develop strategic, innovative solutions and present their ideas before a panel of esteemed judges. The top five teams will advance to the final round, where they'll pitch their solutions in a high-stakes, professional setting. Beyond competition, this program opens doors to valuable networking opportunities with professionals, making it an ideal platform for students and young professionals to enhance their career readiness and business acumen.
